Jay Naduvath

Jay is a marketing and communication specialist with over 15 years of rich experience in advising some of the largest domestic & MNC companies (Goldman Sachs,Nomura, Deloitte bank among others) and startups (Shirsa, Katabol, Sine IIT Bombay,Ah Ventures among others) in their communication and marketing outreach. From developing and implementing winning stakeholder communication strategies, lobbying with interest groups, managing crisis, branding, writing speeches and shareholder reports, to developing marketing collaterals, Jay has straddled the entire gamut of stakeholder communication. He has also developed and managed Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability programs for companies. Jay is currently the Managing Partner of Jefferies & Bain, a boutique Reputation Risk Management firm. A serial entrepreneur, Jay has built and exited two companies successfully in the past. He is also a guest lecturer and speaker in colleges and conferences and like to talk on his favorite topic, Branding, Public Relations and communication. He also mentors startups and currently advises startups with NASSCOM 10,000 startups, IIT- Bombay, ah! Ventures amongst others. He also helps startups in their investor relation initiative by connecting them to appropriate Funds, UHNIs etc.
